Are You the Youngest Cancer Patient in the Waiting Room?

We are, too!  YACS Atlanta is a social group for men and women under age 40 who have
or had cancer.  We get together each month for dinner, drinks, trivia, or just to hang out.
No doctors or therapists.  Just a group of new friends who can relate to the ups and downs
of the cancer roller coaster.

Our group is a great mix of people, and a wide variety of cancers are represented.  In
treatment or out, join us!
Chuy's on May 21

Join us for dinner and enjoy the company of new
friends.  All young men and women with a history
of cancer are welcome!  See you at 7 PM.  Ask
the host to direct you to our table.

AYA Cancer Awareness

Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) Cancer
Awareness Week is the first week of April
each year.  Have you ever met someone who
didn't know what AYA stands for or the age
range it represents?

Every year, 70,000 young men and women
are diagnosed with cancer.  They are not
faceless.  They are volunteers, parents,
athletes, siblings, artists, spouses, sons and
daughters.

Watch a piece we made featuring dozens
of young survivors
here.
